• 10% discount on Unashamed Company merchandise

3.3 Billing

• Premium subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe
• Charges occur on the same day each month
• You authorize recurring charges until canceled
• No refunds for partial months

3.4 Cancellation

• Cancel anytime from Settings > Subscription
• Access continues until end of current billing period
• No refund for unused time
• You can resubscribe at any time

3.5 Price Changes

We may adjust pricing with 30 days notice. Continued use after price change indicates acceptance. You may cancel before new price takes effect.

4. User Content

4.1 Your Journal Entries

• You retain ownership of your journal entries
• You grant us license to store, display, and process entries to provide the Service
• We use entries to generate AI summaries (via OpenAI API)
• We do not sell or share your entries with third parties

4.2 Prohibited Content

You may not post content that:

• Violates laws or regulations
• Infringes intellectual property rights
• Contains malware or harmful code
• Harasses, threatens, or abuses others
• Is sexually explicit or promotes violence
• Impersonates others or misrepresents identity

4.3 Content Moderation

We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms, but we are not obligated to monitor user content.

• AI is a tool, not a replacement for Scripture, prayer, or pastoral counsel

6.2 Not Pastoral Counseling

The Quiet Place does not provide:

• Professional counseling or therapy
• Pastoral or ministerial services
• Medical, legal, or financial advice
